Our Criteria
We seek out businesses with an operating profit of between $5 - $20 million p.a. and/or exceptional revenue growth. We look for business with exceptional management in an industry that is experiencing strong tail winds. Our investment can assist businesses through succession planning, pre IPO funding, organic and acquisition expansion, management buy-outs/buy-ins or public-to-private transition.
Our Approach
We take a collaborative approach to investing, both with the business we invest in, as well as with our investment partners. We seek to develop strong relationships with founders and managers to deliver value and growth. We always aim to provide support to management where we can add or introduce value, without encroaching on any managers day to day operational expertise. Our investment approach is flexible, we invest both directly, or co-invest and will take either a minority or majority interest.

In Dec '20 Ansarada listed on the ASX (AND.AX) and Belay Capital sold the majority of its holding.
